Even Junk Mail is Educational

Here's an easy way to teach homeschool geography.


American Airlines mailed us a laminated map. I was planning to toss it, but my husband is a pack rat, so we gave it to the kids.

They played with it for at least a week - drawing trails and shading different countries. Drew asked me if Islamabad is the name of a place to send bad people. I don't know anything about Islamabad.

We're all learning! (And I'm learning that my husband is usually right.)
